On this episode of Duck Camp Dinners we're staying in Lubbock to hunt Sandhill Cranes. Sandhill Cranes are known as the ribeye of the sky. We caught a couple of these great tasting birds and cooked them up just like a traditional steak. The Cranes tasted great and were a huge hit with the crew!
